The location, view, and beach are stunning. The sea-facing room had everything we needed, including USB charging and ample storage space. The restaurant staff and the pool were exceptional. The bar had a great atmosphere. We enjoyed our own little private outside area.

The serene location right on the beach provides a perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. Guests can enjoy walks along the beach, swimming in the sea or the pool, and even snorkeling around the rocks. The bar and restaurant offer great food and service, with highlights including the calamari, Zanzibar Fish Soup, and sail fish. The air-conditioned rooms are comfortable and clean, with amenities such as mosquito nets and a small desk. Additionally, the friendly and helpful staff provide excellent service throughout the stay.
One drawback is the presence of seaweed along the beach, which can be a bit inconvenient for those looking to enjoy a pristine beach experience.

If you are looking for a charming and authentic beach resort, look no further! This hidden gem has been a favorite of mine for the past five years. The location is perfect, allowing you to explore the historical sites in the area and experience the old Swahili town. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a cozy atmosphere that truly makes you feel at home. The service is top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff taking care of your every need. The breakfast is delicious, offering a variety of options to start your day off right. Plus, the breathtaking view of the ocean is a sight to behold. The facilities, including the 4G wifi and independent generator, provide convenience and peace of mind. The Driftwood Beach Club truly captures the essence of a nostalgic beach resort from the "good old days".
The shower pressure in the bathroom could be improved for those with long hair.

We stayed at a hotel along the Kenyan coast where ocean access was easy via a low wall behind the property. We enjoyed the views of the Indian Ocean from our room, which was steps away from the beach. the staff was accommodating and we liked the complementary Tuk Tuk tour we took. the food was tasty, especially the Sunday curry.
The room decor was outdated.

The hotel's location on Silversands beach in this city is perfect. Cleanliness is good and we found the staff to be attentive and friendly. They provided us with contacts for taxis and boat captains, making transportation easy. The private pool in our cottage was gorgeous and well-maintained.
Couldn't fault.

The complimentary chocolates and wine in the room were a nice touch and the beach location was great for relaxing and soaking up the sun. The beachfront restaurant had tasty food and the staff were friendly. The pool was clean and refreshing.
Over the Easter weekend, the hotel was overcrowded and loud, with children running around and screaming. The rooms were small and outdated with old furniture.

The beachfront location was absolutely stunning, with beautiful views of the ocean. the staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our stay was enjoyable. the food was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the rooms were clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities.
The Christmas dinner was disappointing, lacking in special Christmas dishes. the hotel seemed to prioritize the needs and wants of certain guests over others, which was off-putting.

Great beachfront location with beautiful ocean sounds. Delicious food and friendly staff.
The rooms are outdated and tired with old furniture and unclean bathrooms. Not worth the price.

Great oceanfront location, beautiful views and sandy beaches, along with a clean pool are some of the best aspects of this hotel. the staff is friendly and attentive to guests' needs. the rooms are comfortable and spacious, with air conditioning and mosquito nets which add to the convenience. the food is delicious and includes a variety of dishes to choose from.
The price is a bit high for what is offered, and the Wi-Fi access is not always reliable. Some rooms face a walkway which can make them less private.
